Job Opportunity

Crandall Corporate Dietitians is seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team as a consultant for Long Term Care Senior Living Communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for residents, including new admits, significant weight changes, and pressure injuries.
  • Provide dietary services that meet state and federal laws, corporate guidelines, and Crandall Systems.
  • Clinical charting, including weights, new admits, and high-risk charting, as required by states or corporations.
  • Nutrition education and in-service training for staff development and regulatory compliance.
  • Implementation of the plan of corrections and preparation of communities for state surveys.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field.
  • Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and annual verification.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines.
  • State license as required by state law.
  • Maintain current licensure as required by state law.
  • COVID-19 vaccination or medical/religious exemption per state/corporation guidelines.
  • Current TB test.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of basic computer programs.
  • Knowledge of long-term care and food service regulations.
