Job Summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Registered Dietitian to support the Integrative Medicine Clinic. As a key member of the team, you will evaluate nutrition risk criteria, assess nutritional status, and develop/implement plans of nutrition care based on evidence-based practice and diagnosis-related care guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient outcome and progress toward achieving nutrition goals
  • Revises intervention and/or education plan
  • Serves as nutrition specialist and resource to physicians, HH departments, allied health professionals, and accredited nutrition programs
  • Prepares written outcome-oriented documentation for the patient's medical record
  • Researches, develops, and implements patient nutrition care protocols and educational materials
  • Participates in performance integration and improvement of patient care processes and department or system process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree as required by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (effective Jan. 1, 2024) or bachelor's degree grandfathered prior to this update
  • Current Registration by the Commission on Dietetics Registration
