Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate nutrition risk criteria and assess nutritional status to develop and implement personalized plans of care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Develop and implement patient education programs to promote healthy eating habits and lifestyle choices.
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest evidence-based nutrition practices to inform care decisions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nutrition or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
