The Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity at Penn State University is seeking a part-time student staff member to assist with news, marketing, and publication efforts. This role will involve graphic design, developing and editing promotional materials, creating and editing the weekly Rainbow Newsletter, and maintaining social media accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Graphic design and visual content creation
- Developing and editing promotional materials, including flyers, posters, and social media posts
- Creating and editing the weekly Rainbow Newsletter
- Maintaining advertising and social media accounts
- Assisting with general office support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- Attending staff meetings and participating in team discussions
- Staffing informational tables and assisting with event planning
This is a part-time position without benefits. Interested students must submit a resume and cover letter as part of a complete application. Hours for this position will vary between 10-15 hours per week.
