Role Summary

The Café Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality and enhancing the café experience while ensuring operational excellence. This role involves managing daily administrative and operational tasks, including financial oversight, sanitation, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, supervise, train, and mentor staff.
  • Foster a culture of food and workplace safety.
