Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Wheatfield SNF. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new staff members to support our fast-paced senior care campus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and recruit top talent for our Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living facilities
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System to ensure timely and efficient hiring processes
  • Participate in marketing the facility through recruitment events and job fairs
  • Coordinate new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, staff, and visitors
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and employee onboarding
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
