Legends is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for coordinating staffing, new hire processing, and timekeeping functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit and staff part-time seasonal employees, as well as Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs)
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with management and ensure alignment with business needs
- Build proactive recruitment plans to ensure consistent staffing levels
- Coordinate training schedules for NPO volunteers and deliver training on compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Partner with operations teams to create staffing plans, including labor costs and targeted levels
- Assist with scheduling part-time seasonal staff for all events
- Interact with staff and resolve low-level staffing and employee relations issues
- Develop and implement new staffing techniques to bring in a better quality and quantity of staff
- Assist with conducting new hire orientation and other HR and functional training
- High School diploma required
- SHRM or PHR certification a plus
- 4+ years of varied human resources and/or staffing experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels within and outside the organization
- Ability to manage projects and resources to get results
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel
- Competitive salary, commensurate with experience
