Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

About the Role:

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will partner with our team of experienced Recruiters on the front lines, coordinating the flow of information between Recruiters, Candidates, and Internal clients. You will be deeply involved in each stage of the hiring lifecycle, ensuring all parties are engaged throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in internal client intake meetings and post jobs to corporate and external sites.
  • Identify potential leads, prospects, and applicants to begin the recruitment process.
  • Work within our ATS (ICIMS) and CRM to drive hiring workflow requirements to meet KPIs.
  • Collaborate with experienced Recruiters on pipeline priorities and adjust search efforts.
  • Coordinate pre-interview and post-interview meetings and provide materials for both.
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Assist in scheduling and/or coordinating hiring manager, team, and candidate activities as needed.
  • Collect, initiate, and execute reference checks on candidates in the hiring workflow.
  • Create, manage, and share weekly reporting on active hiring workflows.
Requirements:
  • Experience supporting senior management in large, corporate environments or senior professionals in a professional services firm.
  • PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.
  • 1+ years of recruiting coordinator, HR, or administrative experience.
