Job Title: Access and Reimbursement Manager

At Syneos Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Access and Reimbursement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our field access team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that patients have access to our client's products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze reimbursement and access issues to identify solutions that support patient access to our client's products.
  • Provide education and support to healthcare professionals on reimbursement and access issues related to our client's products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and market access, to ensure that our client's products are accessible to patients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, payers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our client's products are covered and reimbursed.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in reimbursement and access policies and procedures to ensure that our client's products are compliant.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in public or private third-party reimbursement arena or pharmaceutical industry in managed care, patient services, or clinical support.
  • Proven experience with hubs, in-depth knowledge of issues related to billing, coding, and appeals across provider types.
  • Experience with commercial payers, Medicare plans, and state Medicaid in geographic region.
  • Competent understanding of hub and patient support activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
