About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Store Key Holder to join our team at Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. As a Store Key Holder, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective management of the store to maximize profitability and increase training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Team Management: Supervise and develop team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial tasks, including cash handling, register balancing, and financial reporting.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Manage product logistics, including receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory, as well as ordering and maintaining supplies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers and donors.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office products, and ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Experience: Previous retail or management experience preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform other physical tasks as required.
