Fidelity Transportation LLC is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Market Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with purchases and provide a welcoming environment
- Maintain the store's cleanliness and organization
- Ensure shelves are stocked and inventory is accurate
- Restock merchandise and replenish supplies as needed
- Operate cash registers, scanners, and other point-of-sale equipment
- Handle customer concerns and complaints in a professional and diplomatic manner
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently or as part of a team. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment and be able to adapt to changing situations.
While a high school diploma is not required, you should have basic math and reading skills. Experience in retail or customer service is preferred, as it provides adequate knowledge of product handling and customer relations.
