We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Inside Sales Agent to join our rapidly growing luxury-focused team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing and qualifying leads, and building strong relationships with prospects.

Your Role:
  • Lead Hunting: Actively seek out and identify new leads, gathering essential information for both buyers and sellers.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Add and manage leads in our sales funnel, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients.
  • Client Connection: Build strong relationships with prospects through various communication channels, quickly establishing trust and rapport.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify Business Opportunities: Proactively seek out and target new business opportunities in key regions to expand our luxury client base.
  • Manage and Qualify Leads: Efficiently handle inbound sales inquiries, converting them into appointments so our agents can respond swiftly and effectively.
  • Database Management: Create and maintain an organized database of prospective and past clients, ensuring all lead information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Lead Generation: Follow up with prospects through email, phone calls, and other communication methods to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team, showcasing your progress toward company goals and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License or be motivated to get one.
  • Passion for real estate.

Compensation:

$122,500+ at plan commission.
