Luxury Real Estate Sales Agent

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Inside Sales Agent to join our rapidly growing luxury-focused team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing and qualifying leads, and building strong relationships with prospects.
Your Role:- Lead Hunting: Actively seek out and identify new leads, gathering essential information for both buyers and sellers.
- Sales Funnel Management: Add and manage leads in our sales funnel, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients.
- Client Connection: Build strong relationships with prospects through various communication channels, quickly establishing trust and rapport.

- Database Management: Create and maintain an organized database of prospective and past clients, ensuring all lead information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Lead Generation: Follow up with prospects through email, phone calls, and other communication methods to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads.
- Performance Reporting: Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team, showcasing your progress toward company goals and identifying areas for improvement.
- Must have a valid Real Estate License or be motivated to get one.
