Real Estate Sales Agent

- Identify and cultivate leads, fostering strong relationships with potential clients to add them to the sales pipeline
- Prepare and execute representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure seamless transactions
- Negotiate property sales between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Host open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to the local real estate market
- Source potential homebuyers and provide them with tailored information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
- A high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree preferred
- A proven track record of real estate success, demonstrating a consistent ability to meet client needs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry
- At least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience
