Job Summary

The Armani Group is seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Flow Supervisor to join our team at A|X King of Prussia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing an excellent client experience, building strong talent, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide input on merchandising strategies to drive revenue and improve the store's business
  • Lead by example and with integrity, collaborate with the team, and be accountable for ensuring appropriate communications are cascaded throughout the team
  • Drive sales by ensuring a well-organized stockroom and strong merchandise flow practices, markdown execution, stock accuracy, and supplies and facilities management
  • Work closely with the General Manager to support the entire team on driving sales, providing an excellent client experience, building strong talent, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively
Requirements
  • Minimum Two (2) years of experience in similar retail shipping & receiving management
  • College/Post-Secondary degree preferred
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to influence partners and motivate team
  • Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
