Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Optimization Specialist to join our team at THE NEW-INDY GROUP.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, business, or supply chain management, with 5+ years of experience in Sales and Operations Planning or a related field. Experience in the corrugated industry is a plus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain an accurate demand forecast and production plan. They will analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and production capacity to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will also have knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an accurate demand forecast and production plan.
  • Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and production capacity to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and adjust the S&OP plan as needed.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the S&OP process and overall supply chain efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, supply chain, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales and Operations Planning or related field.
  • Experience in the corrugated industry (ideal).

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
