Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for leveraging Salesforce to assess our current pipeline of advisors, managing a pipeline of leads, and booking sales demonstrations for our Sales Associates.
You will work closely with our SDR Team Lead, Senior Sales Manager, and VP of Sales to enhance our sales playbooks and collaborate with your teammates to improve the sales process. If you have a growth mindset, are willing to work hard, and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements- Must have a 'can do' attitude and believe challenges help you grow
- Must be willing to work hard each day
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must actively contribute to the SDR team objectives, while collaborating with your teammates to improve the sales process
- Must be able to identify the full scope of the challenge and work toward finding an effective solution
- Salary + Commission
- Overall Target Compensation: $42,000 - $51,000
- Group health insurance – multiple options with generous subsidies
- 401(k) Plan with 100% employer match up to 3%, then 50% employer match from 3-5%
- Monthly bonus opportunities based on # of demos booked
