We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at HearingLife. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise to diagnose and treat hearing loss, ensuring a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, educate and train hearing aid users of best practices.
- Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting, conducting repairs, and cleaning.
- Achieve practice growth with a strong mindset on sales and key business metrics while maintaining ethical practice standards.
- Local community outreach, including health fairs and developing physician relationships, to represent HearingLife as an advocate for making a life-changing difference.
- Counsel patients on the purchase of their hearing aids, devices, and accessories, maintaining a current understanding of third-party payors and various payment methods in accordance with federal and state laws.
- Understand and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets, working closely with your PCC and Manager to achieve clinics financial KPIs.
- Support Telehealth initiatives to expand patient care and product portfolio, including conducting hearing tests, coaching, and educating patients on hearing aid devices.
- Maintain continuing education requirements based on state requirements.
- Ability to operate audiometric equipment and interpret results, communicate test results, and propose treatment in a manner easily understood by patients.
- Competitive salary range of $68,000-$90,000, plus uncapped commission and sign-on bonus.

- Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements.
- 2+ years of Hearing Aid sales experience or equivalent industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD.
