As a Strategic Account Manager at vivenu GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to execute strategic sales plans in close collaboration with senior management, proactively pursuing vivenu's strategic accounts and consistently converting initial calls into successful second meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple stakeholders throughout the sales cycle, including User Buyers, Technical Buyers, Economic Buyers, and CX stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and strengthen enduring customer relationships by closely collaborating with clients to thoroughly understand and anticipate their needs.
  • Effectively close deals with new clients, further expanding our customer portfolio.
  • Continuously identify emerging markets and shifts in the market landscape, remaining vigilant about new products and our competitive positioning.

Requirements:

  • Completed a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Consistently achieved or surpassed their targets in a customer-facing position within high-growth companies, closing deal sizes over $250,000 ACV for 3-5+ years.
  • Demonstrate experience in or around the event ticketing industry (strongly preferred).
  • Exhibit the ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Showcase strong organizational skills coupled with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences in their commitment to ongoing education.
  • Are fluent in English at the level of a native speaker.
