About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team at The High Companies. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the structural integrity of our clients' parking garages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Structural Evaluation and Inspection: Conduct thorough evaluations and inspections of existing structures to identify maintenance and repair needs.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and issue inspection reports to clients and Territory Managers, and communicate assessment results and follow-up plans with business development colleagues.
  • Structural Repair and Engineering: Engineer all structural repairs within assigned territories, and review calculations, structural drawings, and construction documents as required.
  • Technical Sales Support: Provide technical sales support to Client Service Managers and Business Development Representatives to enhance existing customer relationships and secure new ones.
  • Mentorship and Training: Serve as a mentor and peer reviewer, and assist in the training and development of engineering colleagues.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, P.E. and Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in concrete construction, concrete repair, concrete restoration, and forensic investigation.
  • Expertise: Demonstrated experience in performing forensic and restoration engineering duties on existing parking structures of all construction types.
