Job Responsibilities- Provide Expert Nursing Care: Deliver high-quality patient care as a Registered Nurse in post-acute care facilities
- Collaborate with Medical Staff: Work with residents and medical staff to develop care plans and track outcomes
- Ensure Resident Safety: Properly set up and monitor medical equipment, and ensure residents receive appropriate treatments and medications
- Document Resident Histories: Accurately document resident histories and interventions, and provide training and supervision to nurses and support staff
- Current Connecticut State License: Hold a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Connecticut
- Successful Completion of Nursing Program: Have completed an approved nursing program
- 1 Year of Experience: Possess at least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse or in a related role
- Advanced Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
