About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and managing our Enterprise level Account Base Marketing through sales, technical support, and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Engagement and Outreach: Respond promptly to inbound leads and initiate outbound calls to introduce potential clients to PavePro products.
  • Customer Success Management: Ensure the success of clients by providing guidance on product selection and offering consistent follow-up support regarding product usage and application.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Show genuine interest in the needs and challenges of clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
  • Order Closing: Effectively close orders generated from inbound leads through direct sales efforts, maximizing conversion rates and revenue.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: A college degree is a plus, but what's more important is your drive and ability to succeed.
  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven industrial sales experience, demonstrating a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong mechanical skills and a knack for technical details to help explain the benefits of PavePros Asphalt Production Solutions clearly to clients.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficient with Salesforce or equivalent CRM software, with hands-on experience managing customer data, pipelines, and sales activities.

Estimated salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
