Hoxton Circle is seeking a seasoned Contract Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to spearhead a transformative financial project. This is a contract role demanding a strategic leader with a keen eye for process improvement and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee complex financial planning and analysis for multiple areas, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Drive system enhancements and foster cross-platform collaboration, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency.
  • Manage multi-billion-dollar budgets and forecasts, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Responsibilities: Oversee FP&A for multiple areas, drive process improvements, manage budgets and forecasts, lead team, and collaborate on system enhancements.
  • Experience: 15+ years financial experience, including 7+ years management, 2-3 years corporate consolidations, and multi-billion dollar budget management.
  • Public company FP&A preferred.
  • Skills: Strong financial modeling, reporting, and presentation skills. Proven leadership and team development abilities. Expert in ERP, reporting, and consolidation tools.
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Contract Salary: $75-$85 per hour
