Position Overview:

Theron Solutions is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Lead to oversee our quality management processes within a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background and extensive experience in quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing context, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in process capabilities and control, utilizing tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), CpK analysis, and inspection methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 management systems, focusing on continuous improvement and the application of standard quality and operational excellence methodologies.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills to research, evaluate information, and formulate valid conclusions and recommendations.
  • Hold certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or Six Sigma certification, which are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with testing standards including ICEA, AEIC, UL, and ASTM is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles will be considered a plus.
  • Experience with SAP Quality Management (QM) systems is an added advantage.
