This involves conducting thorough inspections, identifying defects, maintaining records, and communicating effectively with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Actively contribute to customer satisfaction by guaranteeing that products meet the established quality criteria, thereby enhancing customer loyalty.
Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth workflow and address any issues promptly.

Work alongside other departments to ensure that parts are processed, cleaned, and dispatched efficiently.

Quality Assurance Procedures:
Adhere to specific protocols for inspecting and assessing automotive parts.
Ensure accurate grading and inspection of all parts prior to shipment. Verify that all products meet quality standards and align with their descriptions.

Document and report any defects or discrepancies in parts that fail to meet quality requirements, and inform relevant sales departments.

Guarantee that all dispatched products comply with quality standards, including packaging, labeling, and necessary documentation. Maintain precise logs of inspections.

Continuous Improvement:
Strive for enhancements in quality processes and procedures to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction by identifying areas for improvement.

Safety Standards:
Maintain a tidy and organized workspace to promote safety and operational efficiency.
Adhere to all safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries; utilize spill kits, conduct equipment inspections, and stay informed about the locations of first aid kits and emergency equipment.

Additional Duties:
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
One year of experience in automotive and material handling is advantageous.
A forklift certification is preferred.
Familiarity with automotive components and operations is beneficial.

Knowledge of safe practices in using hand and power tools, including basic yard equipment like pallet jacks and pressure washers.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, with a commitment to professionalism in all interactions.

Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel), and the ability to learn new software.

Capability to read, write, and understand instructions, brief correspondence, and memos.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team setting, sharing expertise with colleagues.

Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage essential functions effectively.
Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
