Core Responsibilities:

  • Developing and refining project and engagement plans, taking the lead to ensure their execution.
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Monitoring projects, tasks, and next steps across multiple clients.
  • Conducting debriefs after client calls to outline next steps and ensure follow-through.
  • Engaging with clients regarding processes and materials.
  • Drafting initial meeting agendas and other necessary communications.
  • Proposing enhancements for internal processes and client experiences.
  • Leading administrative systems in collaboration with the team.

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in project management, particularly with complex projects and multiple workstreams.
  • A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Asana.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and change management capabilities.
  • Experience with nonprofit/social impact organizations is essential.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Experience in an agency setting is preferred but not mandatory.
