Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Oversee the entire lending process, including loan origination, underwriting, and credit analysis.
    • Manage a team of credit analysts and provide guidance and support to ensure successful loan outcomes.
    • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Credit Analysis and Risk Management
    • Analyze financial data and credit reports to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial lenders, borrowers, and other business partners.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with loan transactions.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the credit department.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless loan origination and underwriting processes.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure departmental performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in credit analysis, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of credit analysis, risk management, and lending regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
