Job Title: Sales Associate

At Chico's FAS, we're committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in promoting a customer-focused sales culture, where our values and guiding principles are at the forefront of all store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by utilizing effective sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, as well as pricing and visual standards.
  • Ensure merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and other duties are performed to the highest standards.
  • Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
Customer Experience:
  • Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
  • Provide a fast and efficient register experience, remaining current on policies regarding payments, coupon acceptance, returns, and exchanges.
  • Reinforce buying decisions at the checkout and achieve add-on goals, including gift card sales.
  • Sign up clients for our reward program.
  • Build and maintain a solid customer following through clienteling and wardrobing.
  • Maintain consistent client communication through the utilization of customer books.
Operational Excellence:
  • Support replenishment activities to keep the store full and abundant.
  • Assist with locate fulfillment.
  • Assist with visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, and other tasks as directed.
  • Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization.
Teamwork and Growth:
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Seek personal developmental opportunities and solicit feedback.
