Position Overview
As a Logistics Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in the operational success of our warehouse during the first shift. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the area supervisor in cultivating a skilled and efficient workforce dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our Consultants.

Key Responsibilities
Your duties will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at supporting the daily operations of the warehouse, including but not limited to:
  • Order Fulfillment: Oversee the processes related to picking, packing, shipping, and replenishment. This includes coordinating staffing needs and ensuring timely order processing.
  • Receiving Operations: Manage the receipt of incoming freight, maintain an organized appointment schedule, and ensure all freight is unloaded and stored appropriately.
  • Inventory Management: Supervise the Inventory Control desk, execute system moves efficiently, and conduct daily cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
  • Kitting Coordination: Ensure all work orders are completed on schedule, manage team assignments, and communicate effectively with the supply chain regarding product requirements.

Team Development
In this role, you will also be responsible for training and mentoring both new and existing associates. You will evaluate performance and provide feedback to help your team meet productivity goals.

Qualifications

  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Willingness to learn and operate power equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems is preferred.
