Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Logistics Operations Supervisor at T Roc LLC, a leading name in the gaming industry. In this role, you will oversee the operations of a warehouse and manage the flow of inventory from the warehouse to various retail outlets. You will also be accountable for inventory management and the performance of multiple Field Representatives tasked with maintaining kiosks.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the security and organization of inventory within a local warehouse.
  • Guide and support a team of 2 or more Field Merchandising Representatives.
  • Assist Field Merchandisers with the following duties:
- Traveling to local retailers to replenish kiosk inventory

- Ordering items that are low or out of stock

- Receiving and dispatching inventory

- Maintaining kiosks and performing basic troubleshooting as necessary

- Reporting any issues related to kiosks or inventory

- Building strong relationships with retailers during each visit

- Ensuring kiosks are well-maintained and visually appealing during visits (clean, dust-free, no defects)

- Transporting inventory from the warehouse to retail locations

- Utilizing company vehicles to manage kiosk inventory

- Responding to dispatch requests using a work order system during your scheduled shifts

- Maintaining the exterior of kiosks (cleaning, painting, restoring)

- Securing all company merchandise and ensuring kiosks are properly locked

- Loading and unloading products from vehicles, retailers, and the warehouse

- Performing administrative tasks with precision, including tracking work tasks, product orders, maintenance requests, logging activities, mileage, breaks, and hours worked
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership skills with a history of ensuring inventory accuracy and organization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Reliable and consistent attendance.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Skilled in relationship building.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management and/or merchandising.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Demonstrated excellence in inventory/merchandising and effective leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
  • Capability to lift 25-50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse setting with exposure to moving machinery and typical physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, crouching, and stooping.
  • Must meet the legal age requirement to rent a vehicle in the assigned area.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
