Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Manager to supervise all fiscal dimensions of our organization and propel the financial strategy and planning of the company. The Financial Operations Manager will be accountable for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and the establishment of internal controls to guarantee the financial stability of the organization and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee comprehensive financial management functions, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Formulate and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to protect company assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Generate and deliver precise and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, encompassing reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.
  • Evaluate and analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with financial reporting and tax obligations.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, offering guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including operations, sales, and human resources, to promote cross-functional initiatives and achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Financial Operations Manager or in a comparable role, with a proven history of success in financial management and leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and regulatory requirements.
  • Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.
