Outpatient Clinical Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Clinical Manager to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to our Outpatient Services' Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) and Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) staff. You will adopt and implement administrative and clinical supervision practices that promote staff development and resilience. You will ensure that all staff receive training and regular performance evaluations.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision to QMHP and QMHA staff
- Implement administrative and clinical supervision practices to promote staff development and resilience
- Ensure staff receive training and regular performance evaluations
- Manage clinic activities, including coordination with referring partners, delegating work assignments, and coordinating clinic schedules
- Apply and capture meaningful metrics to measure the Outpatient Program's progress towards stated goals and report outcomes on a regular basis
- Perform certain mental health functions, such as consultation and individual and group therapy
- Eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
- License by the State of Oregon to practice independently in your field (Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
