About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to provide clinical oversight and leadership in our Treatment Programs at our Lane Service Center in Springfield, Oregon. This role will involve providing direct clinical supervision to assigned clinicians, making recommendations for growth and development, and implementing Evidence-Based Practices within our programs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision to assigned clinicians and make recommendations for growth and development
  • Implement Evidence-Based Practices within our programs
  • Conduct trainings and provide clinical trainings for staff
  • Assist with identification, implementation, and fidelity measurement of Evidence-Based Practices
  • Occasional travel required within the assigned region to provide in-person consultation, training, and supervision
Requirements
  • Masters degree in mental health field
  • Licensure as Oregon LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist preferred
  • Three years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
  • Minimum one year of supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to provide licensure supervision preferred
  • Understanding and awareness of diversity, equity, and inclusion
