Qualifications:
- Experience in a non-manufacturing setting is advantageous.
- Familiarity with cable and harness assembly is preferred.

- Basic mechanical aptitude and capability to perform repetitive assembly tasks.
- General knowledge of hand tools, portable power tools, and bench tools.
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and eagerness to learn.
- Effective communication skills are essential.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate standard software applications.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
Educational Background:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required.
- Completion of technician coursework or an AA technical degree is beneficial.
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment, or a combination of education and experience.
- Experience with helium leak testing and module inspection is preferred.
Physical and Environmental Demands:
- Ability to perform physical tasks including stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, walking, pushing, pulling, and grasping.
- Must be able to exert up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently.
- Capability to use arms, hands, and fingers effectively.
- Personal protective equipment may be required.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Comfortable using ladders as needed.
Work Environment:
- Work is primarily conducted in a standard manufacturing setting.
- Exposure to electrical currents, moving mechanical parts, and potential chemical hazards.
- Noise levels may vary.
Travel Requirements:
Occasional out-of-town travel may be necessary for training and meetings.
