Position Summary

The Club offers a vibrant atmosphere with various amenities. We are seeking a Full-Time Food Service Associate with flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, and early shifts. Shift timings may vary based on operational requirements.

Role Responsibilities

The following outlines the general responsibilities and expectations for this position. It is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all tasks, duties, and qualifications required of team members in this role. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Greeting guests warmly and assisting them throughout their visit.
  • Providing information about the lounge and surrounding amenities.
  • Communicating effectively with guests both in person and over the phone.
  • Distributing informational materials as needed.
  • Processing sales transactions accurately.
  • Restocking food and beverage supplies as necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate records of daily sales and passenger counts.

The Food Service Associate will report directly to the Operations Lead or Manager, depending on the location.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED is required. Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or food service is preferred. Candidates should be at least 18 or 21 years of age, depending on state regulations. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential. Applicants must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Maintain all necessary certifications and licenses.
  • Capable of standing for extended periods.
  • Handle the demands of a busy work environment.
  • Proficient in basic math and cash handling.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and push/pull heavier items with assistance.
