Job Overview

Hank's Charleston is seeking a skilled Culinary Artist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of ingredients and recipes with efficiency and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up, cleaning, and organizing a workstation
  • Maintaining good kitchen safety and sanitation
  • Preparing a variety of ingredients and recipes with efficiency and timeliness

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of related professional cooking experience
  • Experience with commercial restaurant cooking equipment
  • Ability to follow sanitation and cleanliness procedures
  • Culinary degree or related restaurant experience is preferred
