Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to fill the role of Business Development Representative. Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries on insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options.
- Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.
- $62,000 - $80,000 per year salary
- Competitive commission/bonus structure

- Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- People-oriented and organized individual with self-motivation and attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to learn computer functions
- Able to multi-task and make presentations to potential customers
- Property and Casualty license currently held; Life and Health license obtainable
