About the Role:

PacifiCorp is seeking a highly skilled Asset Performance Manager to support the day-to-day activities of the group. As an Asset Performance Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and allocating financial and employee resources. Your responsibilities will include establishing and implementing business objectives, strategies, and plans to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and modify policies and practices to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Support all asset performance-related activities for the T&D organization.
  • Perform analysis on company-owned assets to prioritize maintenance and capital investments.
  • Develop new asset reliability practices and update existing policies as required.
  • Communicate plans, practices, and program updates with stakeholders.
  • Perform presentations and lead discussions with senior management and regulatory agencies.
  • Collaborate with groups to analyze and develop capital projects.
  • Facilitate collaborative improvement efforts with other entities.
  • Conduct reliability assessment and performance review activities.
  • Develop performance analysis on T&D assets and locations.
  • Guide development function with reliability and risk assessment tools.
  • Lead development of new data science models in asset performance.
  • Develop automated reporting solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training to less experienced staff members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of seven years related experience in an applicable field.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a functional or direct supervisory role.
  • Program design skills, including development of interventions, processes, or new or modified programs.
  • Teamwork skills to provide input into policy decisions and to mobilize resources.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with all levels of an organization.
Preferences:
  • Candidates with an Engineering degree are preferred.
  • Knowledge of Company's strategic plan, objectives for specific area, as well as Company policies, procedures, and practices.
