Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee the construction management and supervision of all renewable energy projects in the Civil Engineering sector, with a focus on wind energy in Wilkesboro.

Your Responsibilities
  • Prepare, manage, and ensure quality control of infrastructure works for projects, including road and cable construction, foundation and concrete tower construction, ground improvements, etc.
  • Create performance specifications for each trade, manage tenders, and handle invoicing for construction services in collaboration with the procurement department.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and owners on site in consultation with project implementation teams.
  • Conduct inspections, controls, and quality assurance of the construction project.
  • Document construction sites and provide regular project reporting to all project stakeholders.
  • Manage claims in consultation with project stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with conditions and requirements from building permits or BImSch permits.
  • Handle service invoicing.
Your Profile
  • Hold a degree in engineering, preferably in civil engineering, and have professional experience as a construction manager, planner, or technical project manager.
  • Demonstrate confidence and strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
