Electrical Project Manager

Join our employee-owned organization as we seek a dedicated Project Manager to lead our team.

This role will engage with various sectors including Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, and Government projects, contributing to a dynamic and expanding workforce. All positions are regular, full-time, and eligible for benefits.

The ideal candidate will be a decisive leader with a strong commitment to hands-on management in outdoor settings, coupled with a robust drive for overseeing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently utilize resources and supervise craft personnel assigned to designated areas of responsibility.
  • Ensure that all onsite staff adhere to project protocols, safety regulations, and operational guidelines. Document any infractions, alert project management, and suggest/implement corrective measures as necessary. Conduct investigations into any incidents as required.
  • Guarantee compliance with all organizational, client, and project policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Inspire team members to meet objectives. Plan, coordinate, and oversee onsite operations (scheduling, engineering, material management, etc.).


  • Strategically plan and organize the tasks for which you are accountable.
  • Maintain a daily log detailing actual occurrences on the job.
  • Anticipate needs for materials, tools, and information.

Qualifications
A High School Diploma or GED is required.
A positive safety mindset and personal integrity are essential.
Must be highly customer-focused and a team player; capable of developing new relationships and maintaining existing ones.
A valid driver's license and insured personal transportation are necessary.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical construction within sectors such as government, healthcare, industrial, or premier commercial is required.
Strong understanding of estimating, scheduling, and budgeting processes; 2-4 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Basic knowledge of the NEC and NFPA 70E is essential.
Ability to effectively manage risk and profitability is crucial.
