Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate field employees assigned to electrical construction or service projects.
Work in cooperation with other trades persons to ensure that all specifications, regulations, and policies are met, and ensure efficient completion of any project in accordance with all standards of building codes and safety.
Ensure the team has the necessary tools, equipment, and resources to complete projects efficiently.
Foster a positive and safe work environment.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
High school diploma/equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
Equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience can substitute.
Minimum of 3-5 years of electrical construction experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
Positive safety attitude and personal integrity.
Valid driver's license and insured personal transportation required.
Ability to travel for projects as required.
