About the Role

Ridgeview Institute Smyrna is seeking a skilled Per Diem Mental Health Nurse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards of care, mental health practice, and hospital policy.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in psychiatric nursing management, with a minimum of three years' experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred, and licensure to practice by the Georgia Board of Nursing is required.

As a Per Diem Mental Health Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership and mentorship to nursing staff
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care
