Under the guidance of the EVP, Credit Administration, this role will oversee a team of Product Managers, delivering both strategic leadership and active participation in the management and execution of Agency and Non-Agency mortgage offerings across various lending channels. This position will collaborate with numerous stakeholders throughout the organization, including Capital Markets, Sales, Underwriting, Operations, Compliance, Quality Control, and Servicing.Desired Qualifications:
Conduct daily surveillance and analysis of Agency updates and guideline modifications Perform market and competitor assessments of both Agency and Non-Agency product lines Lead Project Management initiatives for Product Modifications, collaborating with business units and subject matter experts to evaluate business implications, necessary controls, process and training adjustments, and the documentation and execution of these elements. Partner closely with Communications to ensure the production of clear and concise Product Announcements, Program Guides, Seller Guides, and Product Resources Oversee Credit Administration protocols Supervise Credit Administration reporting to guarantee timely and precise reportingEssential Skills:
Bachelor's Degree At least ten years of experience in mortgage banking Comprehensive understanding of Agency and Non-Agency mortgage lending products Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale projects and/or project teams Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities Strong analytical capabilities Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Compensation: The salary range for new hires typically falls between $169,000 and $199,305.00.
