Job Summary

Optimus Health Care, Inc. is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to coordinate primary care services for patients from diverse populations. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the Practice Manager, Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, and medical providers to ensure compliance with Optimus' standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate primary care services for patients from diverse populations
  • Work collaboratively with the Practice Manager, Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, and medical providers
  • Ensure compliance with Optimus' standards of care
  • Provide clinical and administrative support
  • Function as a resource and mentor for new staff and students

Requirements:

  • Graduated from an accredited registered nursing program approved by the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health
  • Valid and current RN License to practice in the State of Connecticut
  • CPR certification required upon hire and recertification bi-annually
