Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver analytical insights to facilitate the development of business solutions.
  • Create and enhance analysis frameworks for diagnosing issues and identifying opportunities.
  • Advise on the design and implementation of tests or pilot initiatives.
  • Contribute to the formulation of new programs based on outcomes from tests/pilots.
  • Develop predictive models aimed at effectively targeting members.
  • Assess clinical, utilization, and financial results of programs and initiatives.
  • Lead applied research endeavors.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a quantitative field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics is necessary.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, and SAS.
  • Familiarity with USCDI, FHIR, and interoperable standards.
  • Prior analytical experience within the healthcare sector is highly regarded.
