Job Title:

Senior QA Specialist

Job Summary:

Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled QA Specialist to lead quality assurance activities across HR and corporate systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of functional and non-functional testing methodologies, HRIS systems, and corporate applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for HR and corporate systems.
  • Lead the test execution process, coordinating efforts across multiple projects and teams.
  • Establish and manage a defect lifecycle, ensuring all issues are properly documented, prioritized, and resolved.
  • Prepare and present test status reports, dashboards, and quality metrics to program leadership and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3-5 years in a test lead or management role.
  • Extensive experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and corporate systems.
  • Strong knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Xray) and test automation frameworks (BDD, Cucumber, Selenium, Rest Assured, Playwright, PACT Js, and Sauce Labs).
