About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Representative to join our team at Western & Southern Life. Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Planning: Identify and develop effective marketing strategies to reach middle-market clients and grow our business.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Prospect and network for new clients, secure appointments, and provide exceptional service to existing clients.
  • Financial Solutions: Analyze client needs, recommend tailored solutions, and sell insurance and investment products to meet their financial goals.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement plans to increase sales, marketing, and service activities, and promote the Western & Southern Life brand at the local level.
  • Community Engagement: Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to strengthen our presence in the community.
  • Client Maintenance: Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their evolving financial needs are being met.
  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Administrative Tasks: Accurately maintain client and company records, and perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet applications, internet, and email.
  • Certifications and Licenses: State Life and Health license, FINRA SIE, Series 6, and Series 63.
  • Personal Qualities: High level of integrity, strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to analyze client needs and sell tailored solutions.
