Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with QA, development, and product teams to establish dependable automation processes that accelerate delivery timelines while maintaining a high standard of product quality.

  • Design, implement, and sustain robust automated test suites.
  • Evaluate and report on testing outcomes.
  • Manage bug tracking effectively.
  • Assess test coverage metrics.
  • Introduce innovative strategies to enhance existing test suites based on industry best practices and the principles of the "agile testing pyramid."
  • Conduct exploratory manual testing as required.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of testing processes and suggest improvements based on analytical insights.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in software or web application testing.
  • Proficient in API and End-to-End Testing.
  • Experience with Postman is a plus.
  • Capability to develop automated tests for API validation.

Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) is essential.

  • JavaScript is preferred, but any OOP language is acceptable.

Experience with testing frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium Webdriver, Webdriver IO, Playwright, or Katalon Studio is necessary.

  • Solid understanding of API Testing methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with GitHub is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with GitHub Actions is a bonus (not mandatory).
  • Experience in performance testing is desirable.
  • Knowledge of various assertion libraries is beneficial.
