Job Title: Lead QA Engineer

Job Summary:

The Lead QA Engineer will be responsible for leading the development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for firm products. This role will involve using systematic tests to ensure the quality of software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, modification, and execution of software test plans, automated scripts, and programs for testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain quality standards and processes.
  • Identify and report quality issues and defects.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in quality assurance engineering or software testing.
  • Extensive knowledge of software testing standards, policies, methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Selenium WebDriver.
  • Experience with REST-assured.
