Role Summary:
This leadership position collaborates with credit administration, commercial banking, loan operations, and IT to define, prioritize, and execute the roadmap for our commercial loan origination system. The role is responsible for the ongoing management of the commercial loan platform, ensuring that various teams and users are optimizing efficiencies and leveraging the platform's features and benefits. Key responsibilities include managing templates, workflows, reporting, and troubleshooting, as well as leading system training for credit and lending staff while monitoring loan policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation, management, and maintenance of the commercial loan origination system while introducing best practices.
  • Diagnose and resolve software system issues, collaborating with software vendors for additional support as necessary.
  • Provide guidance to staff on loan workflows, necessary information for loan presentations, troubleshooting software issues, and general inquiries regarding loan policies.
  • In partnership with Learning & Development, create training materials in various formats, including online courses, instructor-led sessions, and performance support resources:
    • Conduct training sessions for new users and ongoing education for existing employees.
  • Act as a change agent by embracing new ideas and opportunities, demonstrating expertise in training and performance support.
  • Develop and maintain processes, features, and functionalities to enhance data quality, process integrity, and productivity with user collaboration.
  • Work closely with commercial banking and credit administration teams to identify opportunities for improved business outcomes.
  • Monitor user adoption and implement strategies to enhance adoption rates through additional training, communication, or system modifications.
  • Collaborate with business users to determine management reporting needs, designing and maintaining necessary reports and dashboards.
  • Engage in special projects and assignments as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
