We understand that compensation is crucial, which is why we offer competitive hourly starting rates in every market we serve. We are expanding our team.

Compensation: $19.80 / Hr

Shift: Flexible scheduling: Open availability is required to work any of the shifts. Weekend work may be included, and scheduling will depend on site requirements. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Must be available for overnight shifts.
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
  • Flexibility and open availability are essential.
  • Weekly hours will range from 16-24, with weekend work required.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Previous security experience is required.
  • Full-time hours cannot be guaranteed.
  • Providing excellent customer service is always your top priority.
  • Monitor and survey the assigned area, reporting any activities.
  • Respond swiftly in critical situations.
  • Proficient in reading and writing detailed reports.
  • Understand when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
  • Must successfully complete a 40-hour pre-assignment training provided by GardaWorld.
Your Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive screening process.
  • Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
  • Possession of a Maryland Guard Card.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age as required by applicable law or contractual obligations.
